After successfully completing over $50,000,000 in small to medium commercial and apartment transactions throughout Southern California, I recognized the need for professional property management. In 2007 I entered into a business partnership with Mr. Kevin Hemstreet and started a successful asset preservation company name South Coast Commercial, Inc.
